I use Paintshop Pro 9,

other versions can be used too.

Scrap kit Halloween by Bluedream HERE

Alien Skin Nature 5 – Fire HERE

Font: El&font gothic! HERE

Open Bookframe in your PSP

Copy the frame by SHIFT + d

Close the original frame

You can resize later if you need too.

 Add a new layer and move under the bookframe

Floodfill white

  Add your name and copyright

Animation:

Hide (x-out in layers palette) tube layer 2 and 3
Hide orange background layer 2 and 3
Layers palette > Merge > Merge invisible
Copy (CTRL + C)
Past in Animation Shop (AS)

Unhide tube layer 2, hide tube layer 1 and 3
Unhide orange background layer 2, hide background layer 1 and 3
Layers palette > Merge > Merge invisible
Copy (CTRL + c)
In AS, paste after current
