Supplies needed:
I use Paintshop Pro 9,
other versions can be used too.
The scrap kit Happy St Patrick by Scrapping Mar HERE
CLCloversDaydream from Sabre HERE
Font: AL Fantasy HERE
Open 500 x 300 white
Add a paper - resize it
Layers> Load/save mask > Load mask from disk
> CLCloversDaydream
Check Fit to canvas
Layers Palette > Merge > Merge group
Click inside the frames with the Magic wand
Selections > Modify > Expand > 3
Add a paper - resize it
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
You might have to make the layer bigger
I did mine:
Image > Resize > 115%
Look at my tag for reference
Click inside the middle and right fram with the Magic wand
Selections > Modify > Expand > 3
Add your tube
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Duplicate the tube in the Layers Palette
Image > Mirror
You might have to move the tube
in order for it to fit the left frame
Drop shadow on tubes and frame
V&H: 1
Opacity: 77
Blur: 7
Add embellishments - resize them
Drop shadow on embellishments
V&H: 1
Opacity: 77
Blur: 7
Add your name and copyright
Drop shadow on your name as above
Merge all layers
Save as .png
