Before we start the tutorial,
I want to mention a tip.
If you think you have too sharp edges
when you add the papers to the template layers
do the following thing:
Magic wand on a template layer
When the "ants" are moving
Selections > Modify > Smooth
Smoothing amount and corner scale: 5
Check both Anti-alias and Preserve Corners
This will make the jagged edges of the template layer better

Open template22 in your PSP
Copy the template by SHIFT + d
Close the original template
You can resize later if you need too.
Delete the copyright info
Click inside Large Bar with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Effects > Texture effects > Blinds
Width: 8
Opacity: 30
Colour: Black
Uncheck Horizontal
Check Light from left/top
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
Layers Palette > Duplicate
Go to original layer
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur > 15
Go to the Circle layer
Click inside the circle with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
Click on Lower bar with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
Do the same with the Upper bar
Go to Photo 1 layer
Click inside the photo (black colour)
Floodfill #593411
Selections > Invert
Add your tube
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow on the tube and Frame 1
V&H: 1
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
Go to your Photo1 layer (now brown colour)
Effects > Texture effects > Blinds
Width: 8
Opacity: 30
Colour: Black
Check Horizontal
Check Light from left/top
Go to the Photo2 layer
Do the same as with Photo1
Go to your Photo2 layer (now brown colour)
Effects > Texture effects > Blinds
Width: 8
Opacity: 30
Colour: Black
Unheck Horizontal
Check Light from left/top
Add embellishments
Rezise to your liking
Drop shadow as above
Add word art
Drop shadow as above
Add your name
Effects > Texture effects > Blinds
Width: 8
Opacity: 30
Colour: Black
Check Horizontal
Check Light from left/top
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 55
Blur: 5
Add copyright
Merge all layers
Save as .png
