Supplies needed:

I use Paintshop Pro 9,

other versions can be used too.

Scrap kit Hallow's Eve by Gothic Inspirations HERE

WSL_mask3 from WeeScotsLass HERE

Font: Buffied HERE

 

 

 Open 570x520 white

 

Add a new layer

Floodfill black

 

Add a paper

Layers> Load/save mask > Load mask from disk

> WSL_mask3

Layers Palette > Merge > Merge group

 

Add Haunted1Tag

Rezise to your liking

 

Add embellishments

Rezise to your liking 

V&H: 2

Opacity: 70

Blur: 7

 

Add your tube

V&H: 2

Opacity: 70

Blur: 7

 

  Add your name and copyright

Drop shadow on the name

V&H: 2

Opacity: 70

Blur: 7

 

Merge all layers EXCEPT THE TUBE LAYER

Save as .png

 

Animation:

 

Copy (CTRL + c) the background layer (without the tube!)

and paste (CTRL + v) in Animation Shop

 

Click on Duplicate

until you have 15 frames

You will probably end up with 17 frames

Delete two of the frames by clicking on the Delete frames button

Click one frame, click Delete Frame

Click on the another frame, click Delete Frame

Click on Propagate Paste

Select all (CTRL + a)
 
Go to Photoshop
Copy your tube and paste in AS
(CTRL + v)
 
Go to Image Effect > Explode
Click on Customize and change the speed to 40

Tube: Select all (CTRL + a)
Copy (CTRL + c)
 
Go to background and paste your tube

Go to the first frame with the un-exploded tube
Right click
Frame properties > speed 400
 
Save as .gif

I reversed my animation
I clicked on frame 14
Copied it
Pasted (after current) it after the last frame
 
Then clicked on frame 13
Copied it
Pasted it after the last frame
etc including frame 2
