Before we start the tutorial,
I want to mention a tip.
If you think you have too sharp edges
when you add the papers to the template layers
do the following thing:
Magic wand on a template layer
When the "ants" are moving
Selections > Modify > Smooth
Smoothing amount and corner scale: 10
Check both Anti-alias and Preserve Corners
This will make the jagged edges of the template layer better

Open template25 in your PSP
Copy the template by SHIFT + d
Close the original template
You can resize later if you need too.
Delete the copyright info
Add a new layer
Layers palette > Arrange > Send to bottom
Flood fill with the colour white
so you can better see what you are doing
Click on the Circle1 with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 0
Opacity: 40
Blur: 10
Click on the Circle frame 1 with the Magic wand
Add another paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 0
Opacity: 40
Blur: 10
Click on the 3 Circle frames with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 0
Opacity: 40
Blur: 10
Click on the 3 Circles one at the time
Add your tube
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
Add your tube to the Circle1
Layers palette > change from Normal
to Luminance Legacy
Add your tube
Lokas 3D Shadow
Add embellishments
Drop shadow
V&H: 0
Opacity: 40
Blur: 10
Add your name and copyright
EyeCandy > Gradient glow

Drop shadow on your name as above
Merge all layers
Save as .png
