Add a paper

Add Glitter swirl with pearls

Image > Rotate > Free rotate > 90 left

Move it in position

Layers palette > Duplicate

Image > Mirror

Move the swirls so they make a heart

Drop shadow

V&H: 1

Opacity: 70

Blur: 5
