The scrap kit You make my heartblue

WSL_mask226 from WeeScotsLass HERE
Font: Halifax regular HERE
Open 500x500 white
Add a paper
Layers> Load/save mask > Load mask from disk
> WSL_mask226
Layers Palette > Merge > Merge group
Image > Resize > 120%
Add Heart frame 3
Image > Resize > 80%
Click inside the heart with the Magic wand
Selections > Modify > Expand > 3
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 60
Blur: 10
Add a bling inside the heart
Image > Resize > 50%
Adjust > Sharpeness > Sharpen
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 60
Blur: 10
Add Heart frame 4
Image > Resize > 50%
Move the heart to the right side
Click inside the heart with the Magic wand
Selections > Modify > Expand > 3
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Add your tube
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Hightlight your tube layer
Layers palette > Blend Mode
> Luminance (Legacy)
Drop shadow on tube and frame
V&H: 1
Opacity: 60
Blur: 10
Add your tube
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 60
Blur: 10
Add embellishments
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 60
Blur: 10
Add your name and copyright
Drop shadow on your name as above
Merge all layers
Save as .png
