Open a frame 500x500 white 

Open a frame

Add a paper underneath it

Click inside the frame

Selections >Modify > Expand > 3

Selections > Invert

Delete

Deselect (CRTL + d)

Drop shadow on frame

H and V: 1

Opacity: 70

Blur: 7
